#Snoop Dogg’s Album Launch to Become Reality TV on #Ustream

http://mashable.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/snoop-dogg.jpgIn some ways, Ustream can be considered reality TV. Anyone with a webcam and an Internet connection can broadcast his life to the world. Celebrities, professionals and wannabe Web stars have all turned to the medium to try their hand at producing their version of reality TV.

The Internet network’s latest venture, Ustream All Access, is now upping the reality factor with hours of live footage of big-name celebrities and athletes streamed to the site throughout the day.

The Ustream All Access reality series kicked off on December 1 with Will.i.am, but tomorrow cameras will follow Snoop Dogg on the day his new album, Malice N Wonderland, hits stores. Viewers can tune into Snoop’s channel to watch an unfiltered stream of the rapper as he attends events and interviews in Los Angeles.

Unlike the reality content you see on your television, however, the Ustream All Access series will feature only unedited footage. Depending on the celebrity, the unfiltered broadcasts could make for must-see-Web-TV. What we can expect from Snoop Dogg is anybody’s guess, and that appears to be the main draw.

Ustream’s approach to reality TV is certainly an interesting one, and given that their debut broadcast with Will.i.am attracted 255,000 viewers, we anticipate it being a big hit with viewers.

#Tila Tequila blames #UStream meltdown on beating by #NFL star #Shawne Merriman

It was her ex's fault.

Tila Tequila is blaming her bizarre Internet rant on Wednesday night - during which the reality-show star stripped, danced in the nude and rambled on for hours on her UStream page - on feeling "anxiety" over reliving the alleged beating her ex-boyfriend, NFL star Shawne Merriman, gave her in September.

According to TMZ.com, the bisexual star of MTV's dating show "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila" says her meltdown was the result of "flashbacks" from the night when Merriman allegedly grabbed, choked and knocked her down.

"I couldn't sleep, and I started getting anxiety," Tequila told TMZ. "I just kind of flipped out a little bit."

At one point in the video, which has been taken down, Tequila says that "People call me an attention whore ... or whatever ... but excuse me, I'm a grown a-- woman and I'm confident in myself ... I think a woman's body is a beautiful thing ... that's why I'm a lesbian ... I was born naked ... anybody who is against that is gay and in denial."

Merriman was cleared of all charges, but this week a still-angry Tequila sued him for $1.5 million in damages. She released photos showing deep bruises on her arms that she claims were caused by Merriman, a San Diego Chargers linebacker.

"I just wish ... I hope that everybody gives me a second chance to support me this time, to give me a fair chance because they didn't give me a fair chance the first time," she told TMZ.

According to Usmagazine.com, Tequila also criticized Rihanna yesterday, saying the singer sent the wrong message when she initially kept quiet about the physical abuse she suffered from Chris Brown.

"No offense to Rihanna, but because of what she did, it sends out a message to everyone: When you get beat or abused, keep your mouth shut," said Tequila."

"So I decided I am going to come out and speak about it and fight for it. Her message was to say quiet," Tequila added. "And that's not okay."
